Rimu is the best syndicate at TIS because we work hard. To start with, we all achieve high to reach the national standard, with all students aiming to get 4p or above and stage 7 or up in IKAN. If we do not succeed our goal we will work harder to reach where we need to be, with full focus on all learning and taking in new strategies in all subjects. Secondly, not only do we work hard in academics but in sports too, as we are on laptops most of the time we take any opportunity to get out side and increase our fitness abilities. With running,
turf task and dodge ball our house is all into sports as well as academics. Overall our house is mentally and physically strong in all subjects and strive to reach the top, Rimu is definitely at the top!

PEEL Paragraph statement

Being a mum is easy.

You must:

Decide on your umbrella Point
Give at least 3 Explain reasons, each with an specific Example
Finish with a Linking sentence back to your P statement.
Use sequencing words for your reasons

Being a mum is not easy it is a lot of hard work. To start with, it's not easy being a mum having to run around after their children, mothers run their kids to sports events, sleepovers, parties and school trips and this is in between all of the cleaning they have to deal with. Secondly, as a result to cleaning it can wear mothers out and make them extremely tired. Mothers have to clean up after their family and pets, after every meal, family function even dusting and cleaning the toilet. Lastly, being a mum can be stressful they have to go through everyday life struggles with when the child gets sick or bullied, and when being a young parent it becomes even harder with not having much experience. A mother has to be strong for when her child gets sick because children could catch as little as a cold or something more severe like the chicken pox. In conclusion these reasons prove that being a mum is hard work, it's not the easiest job in the world and especially that it could happen by chance and not by choice.

PEEL paragraphs

Why is Mr, Diver such a successful principal?

Mr Diver is a successful principal because he is a hard worker. To start with he works hard to get the students the best quality equipment. For example we are one of the only schools with a rock climbing wall but it's not just only the rock climbing wall he also aims for our school to have the sports gear in top condition. Secondly he manages to fit everything in yet still get involved, with being principal and having a big work load you still see him out side on the field and participating in everyday life. Also he works hard to make sure the school is on top of just about everything. What I mean by this is that each year he will work his hardest to make sure the school is at the top of the Aims Games each year. Finally he wants the school to have to best education in life, so he works hard to provide the students with overseas trips. Just recently Mr Diver created a trip to Thailand for the students to get a different look at life also with last years trip to Germany. Mr Diver works extremely hard for the students for the students to get these kinda of experiences. Overall these reasons are what makes Mr Diver a great principal.
